Flying by the seat of your Pants
When you choose to fly by the seat of your pants - you realize that you did this to yourself and you deal with the consequences. It sucks - but you know you have to deal 'cause of your own stupidity.
It is quite another matter when someone else flies by the seat of their pants and that person expects YOU to deal with the consequences of their bad planning/organizing/decisions.

Oh Friar! If only it were the Peaceniks. Sadly - while they are also flying by the seat of their pants - it is not them that is the guilty party.
It is far far worse when it is someone of authority over you in the workplace.
